Customer service is so good at this salon. They were able to accommodate me as a walk in which is rare. The salon was clean, anesthetics gorgeous. The lady who washed my.hair did such a phenomenal job. My hair dresser Jackie, was so knowledgeable and kind. Gave we lovely tips and tricks to how to maintain my hair. She did a beautiful job. The only reason they dont get 5 stars is because I dont like products with fragrance and the products they used were a little strong for mt taste. Otherwise, a wonderful establishment with superb service.

I love this salon! The atmosphere and people are great. I have natural, 4A hair and Silvia did such an amazing job with my silk press / blow dry and flat iron. She did a deep condition / moisture treatment (costs more but it’s worth it). I also asked for loose curls as the style and it looks incredible. Highly recommend!

Maria Cepeda is fantastic with gel pedicures. Every appointment feels so relaxing and she makes sure everything is clean by giving you your own bag with tools. She pays close attention to every detail, the finish is always perfect, and it lasts for weeks. She’s also so kind and patient when I take my time choosing a color, which makes the whole experience even better.

I have been coming to New Wave Salon for about a year now, and have been getting curly cuts with Mimi! If you are looking for a hair stylist, look no further - Mimi is an immensely talented curl specialist and hair stylist, and she has transformed my curls! When I first came in, my curls were dry, and I was struggling to grow my hair due to breakage. Thanks to Mimi, my hair is healthier, bouncier, and longer than it has ever been! Mimi has provided me with excellent product recommendations and haircare tips to help maintain healthy curls, and I always leave the salon feeling empowered. On top of this, she is kind and friendly - and I always enjoy our chats. I trust her completely with my curls and I’m just so glad I found her :-) Thank you, Mimi!!! You are such a gem, and I look forward to remaining a client for a long long time!

They weren't super mean here but they were a little unfriendly (it wasn't a huge deal) and I didn't really feel like they communicated well about what they were doing with my hair. At first, I felt like they cut it a lot shorter than I originally wanted. Ultimately though I really liked how my hair turned out. I would recommend them!
